Operator: Settings: Facility Cleanup

Address should be verified somehow.
Latittude and Longitude should auto populate based upon the verified address
Billing information should move to a dedicated menu item somewhere (Billing Day, Grace Period, Delinquency Lock, Late Fee, Move In Deposit, Rent Tax). These are all things that operators will really care about, ideally we need a single page where the operators can configure things like these, as well as view a complete inventory and pricing view as well. Don't want operators to have to look in multiple places to find out what a unit is priced at or what the first month would actually look at with fees.
Fees should be configurable beyond just late, deposit,etc. It's entirely possible that operators may have multiple fees they need included on a monthly invoice.
Facility hours and rules should be dedicated tabs with rich text editing capability.
