Operator: Units & Unit Types

Pricing should be visible/editable on the Units and Unit Types pages. Unit Type should allow a operator to set the default price for a unit type, they should also be able to override the default price unit by unit in the Units page. All of this should be factored into the Dynamic Pricing functionality as well.
