Clean up Admin Portal

Admin portal shows edge device online under facilities and offline under edge nodes. Needs synchronization and parity between them. Would be good to clean up all the menu text across admin and ops portals. Would prefer proper caps (i.e. "Unit types" should be "Unit Types").
